Fallowfield, England. Mahogany with brass fittings, special model with cloth holder incorporating a viewing slit for checking the exposure. Sliding front standard with hinged light-shielding hood of the same mahogany, featuring a holder for effect lenses at the very front. Equipped with a Taylor-Hobson Cooke Portrait Anastigmat Series IIB 4.5/12 ¾ inch lens, No. 178415, smooth soft-focus and aperture adjustments. Glass under point light: minimal age-related deposits between the front elements, otherwise clean. Dimensions: 36 x 30 x 37 cm (68 cm with hood). Black leather bellows with some tears along the edges. The back of the camera swivels on two axes, with a quick-change slide, removable reducing inserts in the back from a maximum of 22 x 22 cm down to 7 x 16 cm, plus two matching studio cassettes for 19.3 x 24.4 cm and 21.8 x 16.7 cm respectively, both with reducers for 21.7 x 16.7 cm and 16.6 x 12.2 cm. A well-preserved and striking studio camera that inspires photography.

Frontstandarte schräg verschiebbar, mit aufklappbarer Lichtschutzhaube aus gleichem Mahagoni, ganz vorn ist eine Halterung für Effektvorsätze eingearbeitet. Mit Taylor-Hobson Cooke Portrait Anastigmat Series IIB 4,5/12 ¾ inch No. 178415, leichtgängige Weichzeichner- und Blendenverstellung, Glas unter Punktlicht: zwischen Frontglied minimaler Altersbelag, sonst sauber. Maße: 36 x 30 x 37 cm (mit Haube 68 cm), schwarzer Lederbalgen an Kanten einige Risse. Rückteil um zwei Achsen schwenkbar, mit Wechselschlitten, herausnehmbaren Reduzier-Einsätzen im Rückteil von maximal 22 x 22 cm bis 7 x 16 cm, dazu 2 passende Atelierkassetten für 19,3 x 24,4 cm bzw. 21,8 x 16,7 cm, in beiden Reduzierer für 21,7 x 16,7 cm und 16,6 x 12,2 cm. Gut erhaltene und auffallende Studiokamera, die zum Arbeiten damit anregt.
