Nr. 21728, Herstellermarke "JTF" in rautenförmiger Prägung, emailliertes Zifferblatt mit arabischen Ziffern und Breguet-Zeigern, Ø 5,4 cm, Walzenspielwerk mit 2 Melodien (funktioniert), 2 Stahlkämme (beide kom- plett), graviertes Silbergehäuse, innen vergoldet, guillo- chierter Innendeckel, graviert "Echappement à Cylindre, Quartre Trois en Pierres" und "Pièce à Musique", Ø 5,9 cm, kein Schlüssel, Uhrwerk funktioniert nicht. – Das Zylinder-Musikwerk (zugänglich durch Entfernen des Zifferblatts) verfügt über ein Paar Kämme in Forte- Piano-Einstellung. Der Baßkamm mit acht Zähnen be- findet sich auf der linken Seite. Der Kamm rechts hat 31 Zähne. Die Stimmgewichte sind oben – und nicht unten – auf den Kämmen montiert. Das Musikwerk wird ma- nuell oder zur vollen Stunde aktiviert. Rare Musical Repeating Silver Pocket Watch with Cylinder Movement, c. 1820
No. 21728 and maker's mark "JTF" in diamond-shaped stamp, with 2 1/8 in. (5,4 cm) enameled Arabic dial with Breguet hands, two-air cylinder musical movement (working) with pair of combs (both complete), engraved silver case with traces of gilding and engine-turned gilt interior engraved "Echappement à Cylindre, Quartre Trois en Pierres" and "Pièce à Musique", Ø 2 3/8 in. (5,9 cm), no keys, watch movement inoperative. – The cylinder musical movement (accessed by removing the dial) features a pair of combs in forte-piano setting. The bass comb, with eight teeth, is located on the left. The comb on the right has 31 teeth. Tuning weights are mounted on top – rather than below – the combs. The musical movement is activated at will or upon the hour.
