Conical brass lens with 3-lens elements: a) "Paysages" No. 1 (landscape). – b) "Portraits" No. 5 (portrait lens). – And: c) One biconvex element (replaced). With original screw-in diaphragm "Portrait" No. 3 and shutter cap. Screw-in mount diameter 3 ½ in., front of the lens 2 3/4 in., length 4 ¾ in. Lens elements in excellent condition. Very early and rare Chevalier lens! – Very important collector's item on the history of photographical lenses!
