In the single-lens version seen here, the camera could also be mounted in a soundproof housing (blimp) for studio use. The large cassette, dubbed "Mickey Mouse Ears", became synonymous with film cameras throughout the world and remains so even in the digital age. Mitchell cameras are rarely offered in European auctions.

Objektiv: "Carl Zeiss Vario-Sonnar" 1:2/12,5–75 mm, eingebauter Motor, angetrieben durch Aufsteckakku (läuft), eingebauter elektrischer Belichtungsmesser. Elektrische Funktion nicht geprüft. Hier die Ausführung für Studiobetrieb vom Stativ mit der extra langen Be- trachtungslupe und der verblimpten Optik zur absolu- ten Geräuschminderung.
